This study examined the factors influencing the achievement motivation of microfinance clients adopting digitalised servicesduring the COVID-19 pandemic from September 2021 to March 2022. The research involved surveying 500 digitallyengaged clients from a highly literate town. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses revealed five key motivationalfactors: three related to job involvement, one to perceived workload, and the sanctioned borrowing amount. The results ofthe structural equation model demonstrated a good fit of the model, confirming these factors’ influence on client motivationin embracing digital microfinance services.References
